INTRODUCING TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Body Cycle: Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this stationary cycling class can accommodate you! You will be guided by a “coach” who will provide a training profile, music and motivation. All you need to be able to do is...pedal a bike! All riders are in control of their own intensity; so all fitness levels CAN ride together to build cardiovascular strength and endurance, and/or become a better cyclist.
T.B.C. (Total Body Conditioning): This is a total body conditioning class that blends cardiovascular training and resistance training and finishes with various stretching and abdominal routines. Various equipment will be used to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups.
Yogilates: A class that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates.
TRX Kickboxing: This class begins with a TRX suspension training for 30 minutes. Then move to athletic drills and kickboxing techniques that push you to the edge of your limits for the last 30 minutes.
Water Aerobics: This class incorporates resistive training with aqua dumbbells, wave webs and more. Focus in this class is placed on strength and muscle conditioning.
H20 Shallow Water: One hour of cardio and muscle conditioning in the shallow water. All ages welcome!
H20 Deep Water: One hour of cardio and muscle conditioning in the deep water. All ages welcome!
Senior Water Aerobics: This class was developed with the Senior in mind. It incorporates resistive training with aqua dumbbells, noodles, etc. and focuses on muscular strength and toning. You do not have to be a senior to attend this class.
Water Walking: For those who are just out of therapy or are not ready for water aerobics. Spend a 1/2 hour walking with an instructor in the lazy river. Class will end with flexibility exercises.
Deep Water Running: Stimulating land running in water where the feet do not touch the bottom of the pool. Floatation devices are used. Various running styles, drills and methods are used.
Spintro: A low key introductory stationary cycling class.
Piyo Strength: Strength is the FOCUS and Balance is the KEY. Piyo Strength is the perfect blend of Pilates, Yoga, sports stretch, dance stretch, and athletics that will help you burn calories and build muscle! Transform your body and exhilarate your mind at the same time. From beginner to advanced, each full body workout is designed for all levels.
TRX Boot Camp: 30 Minutes of TRX suspension training followed by a work out just like basic training for new recruits, this class is designed to put you through a rigorous workout consisting of athletic drills, strength, and cardio moves over time.
TRX Body Blast: Build overall strength and endurance with this highly efficient suspension training class. A non-stop workout where you will spend the entire time using the TRX.
TRX for Seniors: This class is designed to help seniors build overall strength and stability using the TRX. This class will help you become stronger and more balanced for the daily activities such as mowing the lawn, walking up and down stairs, and carrying heavy objects such as groceries.
TRX Basic Training:This class is designed for those new to the TRX Suspension training system. We will bring you through how to set up the TRX and adjust for various types of exercises. 30 minutes of instruction followed by a 30 min. basic workout.
