I have never taken a group exercise class. How do I start?

To take group exercise classes, you must purchase a class package. Visit the Group Exercise page for more information.

Do you have to be a resident of Spring Lake to join the facility?

No. We have resident and non-resident membership rates. For more information, visit our Membership Information page.

Membership Information

I lost my membership card. How do I get a new one?

If you have lost your membership card, visit our front desk staff and they will be able to assist you. NOTE: There is a $5 replacement fee.

Is child care available?

Complimentary child care is available for members on a limited basis. For complete details, visit our Little Lakers Activity Center page.

How do I cancel or put my membership on hold?

Written notice is required to cancel or hold your membership. Please review our Membership Policies in our membership handbook (available at the front desk) to ensure you handle this procedure correctly.

How do I become a member?

To become a member, you must first fill out a New Member Application and then return for review to the front desk of the Fitness and Aquatic Center. For complete details, visit the Membership Information page.

What is your guest fee?

There is a $10 per person guest fee. A family pass for 3-5 guests is $30.  All guests must register at the front desk each visit.

Can non-members attend group exercise classes?

Yes. You will have to purchase a guest day pass for $10 to attend a group exercise class. You can purchase this at the SLCFAC front desk.

How do I go about getting a personal trainer?

Contact the front desk with your name and information. Our Director will contact you to find out days, times and specifically what you are looking for in a trainer. From there, a trainer will contact you within 24 hours to get your training started.

Can I rent your facility for events or parties?

Yes. We have a wonderful facility for your next event or pool party. Check out our Facility Rental page for more information.
